FAQ

Weather Conditions

Tours are conducted rain or shine, so bring an umbrella or rain gear or whatever protects you best. And for those ghost hunters who participate in one of our indoor hunts – it’s always warm, dry and comfortable. But if the weather is really bad like when a tornado blows into town (it does happen!) or due to unforeseen circumstances and we are forced to cancel the tour, we will reschedule your tour as soon as possible. That’s why we ask for a contact telephone number and email address when booking your tour, just in case we have to contact you. If you want to know the status of your tour, feel free to call us at (703) 686-4564 or email us mail@ghostdoctors.com

Refunds

All sales are final and there are no refunds. But if you can’t make your tour, please call us 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour and we will try our best to reschedule depending on availability.

Picture Taking

It’s highly recommended that you bring your camera along as we will show you how it could be used as a valuable ghost hunting tool.

Walking

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as this tour does involve quite a bit of walking. And it’s a good idea to bring some water along with you. Please note, water and food are available for the Smithsonian tours.

Liability

By participating in any of our tours, the customer unequivocally disavows all claims present or future against the tour operators for any liability, loss or risk, monetary, personal or otherwise which is incurred as a result directly or indirectly from the tour.
